Don’t Give Up

Writing is difficult. You come up with an idea, build an entire world around it, develop characters that are relatable to real people, and then what?

Whether you’re too afraid to publish it, you did publish it and didn’t get a lot of sales, or you were denied by a publishing agency, it’s easy to get discouraged.

But I urge you to not give up. Imagine if J.K. Rowling or Stephen King gave up? They got rejection letters but they persevered. They kept writing and querying until they got what they wanted. Published.

What do you want? Do you want to be a published author and help others with your writing or do you want to be scared for the rest of your life? It’s your choice.

My suggestion? Keep writing. Keep querying. Keep publishing. Success does not come over night, it comes from intention and perseverance.

Don’t give up.
