Creative Juice for Breakfast

It can be difficult to start writing. Once you get started, it can be hard to stop. So how do we , as Writers, make the blank page a little less daunting? We can have creative juice for breakfast!

To kick-start your creative juices first thing in the morning, you have to wake up your Serotonin and Dopamine levels! Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • Read
  • Draw
  • Paint
  • Clean
  • Dance
  • Laugh
  • Exercise
  • Meditate
  • Eat protein
  • Get a massage
  • Listen to music
  • Get some sunlight
  • Take supplements
  • Sleep 8 hours at night
  • Look at something inspiring
  • Talk to someone who makes you happy

Once your writing brain is up and running for the day, put one word after another and don’t stop until you’re proud. Happy Writing!
